The next stage of growth rarely starts with sales
Sales starts later
Before there is a customer or an offer, someone has to answer the earlier questions: which market to enter, with what proposition, under what model, through which door and with whom on the other side the conversation should begin.
A customer, investor, strategic partner, manufacturer or public institution is not making the same decision. They do not need the same conversation or the same material either.
You only get one first approach
Reaching the right person is not yet a success.
You can have excellent technology and approach the market too early. You can look for an investor with material prepared for a customer. You can reach the right decision-maker before the project is ready for the questions that will come from the other side of the table.
Access has value. The first conversation shapes the ones that follow.
We start by asking: “what needs to be ready before we make the call?”
Not everything that matters is found in the obvious place
Data and tools help us find information. They do not always show which pieces of information need to meet.
Sometimes the solution comes from another sector. Sometimes one conversation leads to a person who was never on any list. Sometimes the difference is simply asking a different question.
A different perspective
Knowing your own product does not always mean seeing every possible application, market or route to entry.
A different person
The right conversation does not always start with procurement or sales. Sometimes the first step is finding the person who understands the problem.
A different question
Some of the most expensive mistakes happen not because the answer was wrong, but because the wrong question was being answered from the start.
Sometimes the process itself becomes the problem
Large organisations have experts, procedures, structures and data. Each of those elements can work correctly while the whole still moves in the wrong direction.
Information may exist but never reach the person who needs it. Teams may deliver against their own objectives without seeing the effect on the wider process. Over time, a procedure can begin to protect itself rather than the purpose it was created to serve.
The problem may not be a lack of knowledge. It may be that the knowledge remains fragmented.
You do not always need to build the team first
A company may know where it wants to go without yet having the people, capability or time required to build a new direction internally.
In that situation, Golden Vibe can work as an external Business Development partner, focused on a defined area, a specific market or the development of a new business line.
We are not an outsourced sales team. We work before sales: preparing the ground, building the process, identifying the right organisations and people, opening conversations and moving them to the point where the client’s sales, technical or investment team, or management, should step in.
You will not find a client list here
That is deliberate.
We do not publish client logos, detailed project descriptions or project lists. We do not report ongoing conversations on social media, and we do not build a portfolio out of other people’s processes.
Because clients often come to us precisely with matters they do not want to communicate publicly.
You need an investor. You are considering the sale of an asset. You want to enter a new sector before competitors know about it. You are looking for a solution you do not yet have. Or you see an internal problem that first needs to be understood.
If you would not want to read about your own matter here, you should not be reading about our other clients’ matters either.
Start with the situation in front of you
Briefly describe the situation, opportunity or problem. You do not need to have the solution yet.
