Confidentiality

Confidentiality

Why we show so little

Golden Vibe works on processes that often begin long before they can be discussed publicly.
Entering a new market. Finding an investor or strategic partner. Considering the sale of an asset. Evaluating a new technology. Developing a regulated-sector project. Exploring a new direction for the business. Conversations whose very existence may be commercially sensitive.

In situations like these, confidentiality does not begin with an NDA. It begins with how the work is done.
Our principle

Not everything that builds credibility should be public

In many industries, credibility can be demonstrated through client lists, logos and detailed case studies. In our work, doing so would often run directly against the interests of the people and organisations that have trusted us.

The fact that a company is considering a new market, looking for an investor, evaluating an acquisition, preparing a partnership or exploring a new business direction can itself be commercially significant information.

We therefore do not treat our clients' processes as marketing material.

Confidentiality is part of the service. It is not an additional layer that begins only after a document has been signed.
The information boundary

What we show. What we don't.

Publicly, we show enough to explain what Golden Vibe does and how we work. The details of a specific process remain where they belong: between the parties involved.

We can talk about

  • the sectors and areas in which we work
  • the types of business problems we help solve
  • our working models and how we run a process
  • Golden Vibe's capabilities and role
  • relevant experience, to the extent it does not breach obligations to other parties

We do not publish without permission

  • client lists or logos
  • the names of projects or parties to ongoing discussions
  • transaction values or negotiation details
  • the names of investors, partners or individuals involved in a process
  • case studies that could identify a client or project
  • the network of relationships and contacts on which our work relies
Access

Access is not a portfolio

In Business Development, value is often created not only through knowledge, but through the ability to reach the right organisation, decision-maker, partner, investor or source.

A relationship has value precisely because it is not a public contact list.

We do not use one relationship to prove to another party who we know. We do not hand over contacts without context, and we do not treat access as a commodity that can simply be resold again and again.

Access creates value when it is used deliberately, at the right moment and for the right purpose.
Credibility

So how do you verify Golden Vibe?

Confidentiality does not mean asking you to work with us on trust alone.

At the appropriate stage, we can discuss our experience, working methods, capabilities and examples of relevant processes to the extent that doing so does not breach our obligations to other parties.

We do not expect anyone to make a decision about working with Golden Vibe on the basis of a website alone. The level of information we share increases as the conversation becomes more concrete and as additional information is genuinely needed to make the next decision.

01

Publicly

You can understand Golden Vibe's areas of work, approach and operating model.

02

Conversation

We establish whether there is a genuine area for cooperation and whether we can add meaningful value.

03

Verification

Where relevant, we discuss experience, examples of processes and information that can appropriately be disclosed at that stage.

04

Protected information

When a process requires access to confidential information, we agree how it will be protected before opening the next level of detail.

Business Development

Confidentiality works both ways

When Golden Vibe acts as an external Business Development partner, we protect more than the information provided to us by the client.

We also protect information created during the process, including the fact that an organisation may be exploring a particular market, direction, partner or opportunity.

Growth directions. An organisation's interest in a new sector or market does not automatically become public information.
Targets and partners. Organisations, decision-makers and opportunities identified during our work remain part of the process.
Conversations. Where appropriate, we protect their content, participants, stage and even the fact that they are taking place.
Opportunities. A business opportunity does not become a public case study simply because Golden Vibe identified, opened or helped develop it.
Information developed during the process. Market intelligence, context and knowledge generated through our work are treated with the same care as information originally provided by the client.
Golden Vibe

The same principle applies to every client

If you would not want to find your own project, discussions, plans or partners described on this website, you should not expect to find those of our other clients here either.
That is why we show less publicly.

Not because we have less to show, but because part of the value of our work lies precisely in keeping it out of public view.
Contact

Start with the situation

You do not need to send confidential information in your first message. A short description of the context and what you are trying to achieve is enough to begin.
